He also spent three years as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida in its Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach offices. While serving in this role, he participated in prosecuting cases involving securities fraud, insider trading, money laundering, and mail and wire fraud.
